Massage Therapists

All Spa Noa therapists are fully trained and certified by the National Committee for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCTMB), the Virginia Board of Nursing, and Fairfax County. All therapists are trained in traditional Swedish, warm stone, and prenatal (pregnancy) massage.

Amy McKay, CMT

Amy received her massage therapy training from RAV in 1999, and a B.S. degree in Psychology at Virginia Tech in 1997. Amy has been with Spa Noa for over six years; her diverse skills take deep tissue and sports massage to a new level of achievement. Her training also encompasses Reflexology, and ear candling. With “hands of steel”, Amy’s areas of specialty include neck, back, and legs.

Rebecca Mabry, CMT

Becky received her massage therapy training from the Heritage Institute in 2003. She combines warm towels and aromatherapy to create a soothing massage experience, while easing away muscle tension and stress with flowing strokes and medium to deep pressure.

Somie Robles, CMT

Somie received her massage therapy training at Greater Washington Institute in 2003. Prior to her massage training, she worked as a licensed practical nurse in specialties of dermatology and urology. Her skills are diverse, and encompass skin care as well as massage. Her massage techniques can best be described as soothing, with light to medium pressure. Her specialties include pre-natal and infant massage.

Our estheticians are not salesy people – they are dedicated professionals whose knowledge, skills, and results keep our clients loyally coming to us, year after year.

Rebecca Lau

Rebecca has been at the spa for over nine years – since day one. Prior to her time in Northern Virginia, Rebecca owned a salon in the San Franciso Bay area. With 29 years experience in skin care and waxing, she has a diverse clientele ranging from acne prone teenagers to those with mature skin. Her gentle approach and wisdom have placed her in high demand over the years.

Suzanne Huffman

Suzanne has been with us for five years. She received her esthetics training at the Artistic School in Orlando, Florida. Her expertise encompasses microdermabrasion, facial peels, waxing, and facial tinting. If you prefer a relaxing facial that incorporates massage throughout, Suzanne is the esthetician for you!

Kori Waddell

Kori graduated from Yvonne deVilar Scientific Skin Care School in 1998, and holds licenses in several states. She has worked with a plastic surgeon, and is intently focused on continuing education in skin care and nursing. Clients adore Kori’s approach to skin analysis & education, in addition to product knowledge, microdermabrasion, and gentle waxing.

Nina Chaudhry

With 30 years experience in skin care, Nina provides a nurturing, relaxing facial experience, with complete knowledge of waxing and microdermabrasion. Prior to joining Spa Noa, Nina was responsible for esthetics training at Atlanta’s finest day spa, encompassing seven locations.

 

Expert Nail Services

Each member of our nail team is certified and trained in all areas of nail care. They are graduates of accredited nail and cosmetology schools, and are licensed by the state of Virginia. Each nail technician brings forth tremendous experience in the areas of artificial nails, natural nail services, and practice the highest level of hygiene and sanitation. They specialize in bridal parties and each have devoted clientele.
